Job Title: Sales Team Member - HORECA (B2B Sales)

Akio Coffee Roasters, a thriving small batch coffee roasting company, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Member to join our team. If you have a deep understanding of the New Delhi market, possess excellent sales skills, and are committed to delivering outstanding post-sales service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA businesses in the New Delhi market. - Drive B2B sales by promoting and selling our freshly roasted specialty coffee to cafes, restaurants, hotels, and other establishments. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies. - Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. - Manage and update sales records using basic MS Excel skills.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in B2B sales in the HORECA sector. - Minimum of 2 years of on-site experience in sales. - In-depth knowledge of the New Delhi market and existing relationships with key players in the industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Basic proficiency in MS Excel for sales reporting and data analysis. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
