Industry : Staffing / Recruitment Agencies Preferred (Recruitment Background is a must)

Functional Area: Management Level

Reporting : Head of Recruitments

Soft Skills Requirement:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• An Effective Coordinator as the role demands working continuously with various groups (such close interactions with clients Business Associates for candidates)
• Knowledge of Excel for MIS Reporting.
• Negotiation Skills.
• Attention to details.
• Analytical Ability /Set Priorities and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of working through ATS (Automation recruitmet software).

Skills Required:

1. A proven record of accomplishment of managing a large team of recruiters.

2. Worked on IT & NonIT sectors profiles.

3. Solving clients escalations.

4. Strong knowledge of recruitment process and practices. Hiring Tactics.

5. Adequate knowledge of function of job portals( Naukri Shine Monster Quicker all the other sourcing applications linke Linkedin and social media recruitments)

6. Must have good client service record of accomplishment.

7. Willingness to travel to branches from recruitment drives/ train recruiters/meet cients.
