Job description

Master Planning
- Responsible for data collection, data analysis, on site documentation, recommendations, and Generating a design brief for the overall redevelopment.
- Lead the design development of a comprehensive master plan for the redevelopment project, taking into consideration site constraints, zoning regulations, community needs, and economic feasibility project phasing and infrastructure design.
- Manage the master planning design process, including the preparation of layout plans, transportation networks, public spaces, design guidelines, and landscaping plans and urban design guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes, including NBC, DCPR, and special regulations for the project
- Oversee the construction and development of the project, including managing the budget, schedule, and quality control.
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses to determine the viability of the project.
- Facilitate community engagement and outreach efforts to ensure that the project meets the needs and desires of the community
- Coordinate with various consultants and groups to facilitate community engagements and outreach efforts
- Exhibit awareness of socio cultural aspects while planning the project.
3.2
Coordination
- Lead the coordination between infrastructure consultants, LIasion consultants, sustainability consultants, etc.
- Be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from conception to completion, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including governmentofficials (MCGM, SRA) ,design architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of the master plan.
- Coordination with Financial Consultants, sales & marketing teams for developing the right product mix for the project.

Liaisoning
- Coordinating with the liaison architects MOEF consultants.
- Coordinate with front office liaison team

Innovation
ยท Keep abreast of new approaches to urban design, urban planning, sustainability, landscape designs, transportation and mobility and incorporate these into project designg.
