Job Overview

We are seeking a Travel Advisor to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel management services to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in the travel industry.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to clients regarding travel destinations, attractions, and activities.
  • Research and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
  • Ensure all travel bookings are accurately documented and processed within specified timeframes.
  • Handle any issues or complaints from clients, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and ensure personalized service.
  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to negotiate and secure the best rates and deals for clients.
  • Promote and sell additional travel-related products and services, such as travel insurance and rental cars.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety advisories.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the travel department.
