Job Title: Sales Executive Recruitment Industry (India Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the recruitment industry with a specific emphasis on the Indian market.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting networking and relationshipbuilding.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with the leadership team to create innovative approaches for market penetration and client acquisition.
Consultative Selling: Understand clients recruitment needs and challenges providing consultative solutions that align with their business objectives.
Present and demonstrate our recruitment services to potential clients highlighting the unique value proposition of our offerings.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Analyze and report on market conditions providing insights to shape the companys sales approach.
Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Reporting: Prepare regular and adhoc reports on sales activities performance metrics and market trends.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the recruitment industry with a focus on the Indian market.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
