The Role:
As our Senior HR Generalist, you'll be more than just a policy enforcer. You'll be a culture champion, a mentor, and a strategist. We're looking for someone who's not just experienced in the HR field, but who's also got a flair for making the workplace a vibrant, dynamic, and inclusive space.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Lead the charge in finding and nurturing our new team.
- Be a trendsetter in innovative recruitment and retention strategies.
Performance Management:
- Develop performance programs that are as engaging as they are effective.
- Foster a culture of growth, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Employee Relations:
- Be the go-to person for all things employee-related.
- Handle issues with empathy, understanding, and a problem-solving mindset.
Learning & Development:
- Craft and execute training programs that are both informative and enjoyable.
- Help our team members grow their skills and their careers.
Compliance & Policy Guidance:
- Keep us on track with the latest HR laws and best practices.
- Innovate our policy framework to reflect our unique culture and values.
HR Analytics:
- Use data to drive smarter decisions about our people and our strategies.
- Present insights in a way that's understandable and actionable.
Project Leadership:
Lead HR initiatives that make a real difference in our workplace.
What You Bring:
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of solid experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally in a multinational environment.
- A genuine love for HR and an enthusiasm for workplace culture.
- Strong communication skills – you know how to connect with diverse teams.
- An organized, strategic mind, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Tech-savviness, particularly with HRIS systems and productivity tools.
