Job description

Key Accountabilities

General Administration & Facility Management Managing the housekeeping activities, security, transportation and handling functions of canteen, insurance (medical / hospitalization) facilities meant for the employees.
Managing activities of health, safety and environment for the employees.
Ensuring statutory compliance at all levels involving liaison with external agencies, Govt.
Responsible for planning and monitoring the organization budget to meet the service objectives for Administration
Managing Infrastructure support like maintenance of AC / Electricals / Canteen / Housekeeping / Securities / Minor Civil Repair Pest Control
Supervising activities of the Time Office and maintenance of attendance and leave records, necessary for processing payrolls of employees
Managing annual events/ parties and functions & Training programs for the organization
Liaisoning with various government authorities for Shop and Establishment Licenses – New & Renewal for all offices
Negotiating with vendor for various facilities providers for Centralizing rates for various facilities like Housekeeping, Stationery, Printing, Security, etc…
Verifying the Bills of Contractors, Suppliers and vendors and coordinating with Finance department for timely payments and maintaining MIS & PPT.
Preparing annual and monthly Budget for the department and control over the same.
Responsible for managing all company fixed assets and other office equipment at Corporate Offices, branches.
Responsible for corporate Office administrative expenses and formulating budget for the year v/s expenses on a month-to-month basis

Technical Competencies •Hands on experience with Office Software (Word, good in Excel, PPT, etc)
