Job Description:
As a Project Management Executive for Colgate-Palmolive India’s Retail Marketing team, your role will be pivotal in overseeing and coordinating retail marketing projects while managing relationships with external vendors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of trade marketing initiatives and maintain strong partnerships with vendors.
Main Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Manage end-to-end execution, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across various teams.
Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors that align with the company's trade marketing goals.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure effective collaboration.
Reporting and Analysis
- Generate regular reports on project status, including key performance indicators and lessons learned.
- Conduct analysis to provide insights into the efficiency of trade marketing projects.
- Collect, organize, and maintain relevant data sets related to trade marketing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data to provide a reliable foundation for decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to integrate trade marketing initiatives into overall strategies
- Communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables to all stakeholders
Problem Resolution
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution
- Escalate concerns to appropriate stakeholders and provide timely solution
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
Market Research
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Use market insights to contribute to the development of effective trade marketing strategies.
