Freight Forwarding Managers
Location – Andheri (East)
Experience – 10-15 yrs
Salary – 50-60k + incentives
Business Responsibility Areas:
• Conduct boardroom meetings to inform senior management and executives about global opportunities. Prepare and present compelling import/export proposals to qualifying companies.
• Utilize strong consultation, facilitation, and coaching skills to address issues, problems, and concerns. Provide advice and guidance to resolve queries and ensure follow-up and resolutions are delivered.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and apply analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with shipping lines, CHA agents, and overseas partners. Stay informed about business opportunities in various countries through ongoing communication with contacts. Develop ISO tank container trade lanes around the globe.
• Offer competitive Break Bulk rates through global associations with various break bulk operators. Ensure timely sourcing of vessels to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor clients' aging balances and ensure the collection of overdue amounts within specified credit limits. To Collaborate with the marketing team to set budget and achieve target goals by management.
• Manage effective air cargo liaison with leading airlines for domestic and international air cargo network at all times.
Team Management:
• Supervise and guide the sales team, operation team and customer service to achieve the set objectives. Make concise decisions and recommendations for successful establishment of new businesses from existing clients.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, overseas agents, and overseas partners. Exchange sales leads with international partners and work to convert them into business opportunities.
• Leverage long-standing relationships with major premium shipping lines to provide competitive freight rates, transit times, security, and services worldwide.

• Proficiency in using analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions.
