Job description

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure. they do not turn to competition.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

- Manage key client relationships, aligning campaigns with client goals

- Collaborate on strategic digital marketing campaigns with internal teams

- Analyse campaign performance, provide insightful reports, and optimize strategies.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of proven digital marketing or account management experience

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

- Excellent communication skills, and analytical mindset

- Ability to work in a competitive environment
