Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Project Coordinator at ERPDaddy Software in Agra. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of various IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Coordinator will also monitor project progress, update project management systems, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Project Coordination skills
• Information Technology knowledge and experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or related certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
• Help prepare budgets.
• Analyze risks and opportunities.
• Oversee project procurement management.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
