About the Role: ProV is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Development Manager to lead the development and implementation of new ServiceNow Products and Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow Platform and a proven track record of managing successful product development initiatives. The role also involves generating ideas related to new product that can be built for selling the services to ProV customers. Key Responsibilities: · Develop a product roadmap and strategy for ServiceNow products and solutions · Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement new ServiceNow products and solutions. · Manage the product development lifecycle, including product design, development, testing and launch · Ensure that the products meet Customer needs, market demands, and internal quality standards · Work closely with the sales, marketing and other teams to gather customer feedback and drive product enhancements · Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and developments and assess their potential impact on product strategy · Collaborate with other stakeholders in ProV to ensure a consistent and integrated product offering
Qualifications: · At least 7 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow Product development or related field · Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and architecture · Proven track record of managing successful product development initiatives. · Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast paced and dynamic environment. · Strong leadership and project/product management skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job tags
