Overview:
The Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in the financial management and operations of the organization. They are responsible for managing the companys financial accounts preparing financial statements analyzing financial data and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The Accounts Executives role is essential for providing accurate financial information that informs strategic business decisions and ensures the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Basic knowledge of GST TDS and other accounting terms
- Basic knowledge of banking eway bills and other similar work
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Ability of communicate and negotiate with suppliers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
