Responsibilities:
The Customer Care Associate's role is to understand the overall décor of the house and to help the customer to execute the sites with the co-ordination of Designer Associate.
Maintainingthe Site Management Card/Lead Management/Site Completion Card
Credibility Building with customer & servicing the high satisfaction and achieving NPS rating at Execution
