Job Title: Education Counselor (MBBS ABROAD)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Education Counselor specializing in MBBS programs abroad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a knack for sales. As an Education Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting students in their pursuit of MBBS education overseas.
_Key Responsibilities:_
Communication Skills:
Proficient in English with the ability to effectively communicate information about MBBS programs abroad to students and parents.
Persuasion and Convincing Skills:
Capable of persuading potential students and their parents about the benefits of pursuing MBBS education abroad.
Telecalling Skills:
Proficient in conducting telephonic conversations to provide information, address queries, and follow up with prospective students.
Leadership and Managerial Skills:
Able to lead and manage a team of counselors effectively to achieve organizational goals and targets.
Knowledge about Education Counseling:
Familiarity with counseling techniques, career guidance, and academic planning to provide comprehensive support to students.
_Experience Requirements:_
0-1 year of experience in education counseling for entry-level positions.
3-5 years of experience in managerial roles within the education counseling sector.
Field Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of the MBBS education landscape, including admission procedures, academic requirements, and relevant regulations for international students.
Medical Course Knowledge:
Familiarity with various medical courses, curricula, and program offerings in overseas institutions.
_Qualifications:_
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or related field.
Additional certifications or training in counseling and sales techniques would be advantageous.
