Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Oversee and manage all operations and matters related to Purchase department.
- Organize best value procurement processes.
- Organize market visits, explore new vendors and supplies in each area.
- To ensure effective implementation of all Materials Policies & Procedures following local legislation, whilst maintaining Accor Standards in Materials Management.
- Custodian of the Annual Tender process
- Ensure all statutory compliances, permissions are in place for items being procured
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: - 10 years' of work experience of which at least 2 years in the similar role.
- Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
- Pre-Opening experience would be an added advantage.
- Goa market experience is a plus
- Strong process orientation;
- Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
- Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box;
- Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network
- Confident in exercising a good judgment in decision making skills.
- Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities
