Job description
Service Support
1. Handling of Service Logistics both Mahape & Region
2. Maintain the Dynamic Inventory data in a spread sheet
3. And regularization of the Logistics in SAP in the form of RRO
4. Preparation / upkeep of Delivery Challans, HRF, Docket details.
5. Filing and Maintenance of Separate Files of the documents.
6. Coordinate / Support / Follow-up with Engineer for Ticket closure
7. Tracking of Demo return and regularization
8. Coordinate with Engineers for Mandatory PMs & Filing of the same for submission during payment process.
9. Alert Service Management for Warranty Conversion cases on monthly basis
10. Submission of AMC Offers 2 months in Advance for Warranty Conversion & due cases
11. MIS Reports on a periodic manner to HO
Commercial Support
1. Creation of Warranty Contracts for the Completed Projects in SAP.
2. Submission of necessary Documents post Order Booking like BG, Agreement, etc
3. Purchase Order Vetting on commercial terms & conditions.
4. Tracking the Contract Booking on daily basis
5. Tracking the Billing on daily basis
6. Timely submission of Invoices to Customers and Payment follow-ups
