Job description
Should be a leader in the A&D industry (Preferred) Hands on SAP program management experience in especially SAP HANA. Have handled P&L of large size 50 to 60 M USD per annum. Knowledge in budget creation, tracking costs and driving margin levers to achieve margin targets. Have lead large size team of approx. 500 + employees Have managed a portfolio of projects of 20 to 25 projects (large and medium IT projects) primarily in enterprise application and also in Industry 4.0 and other projects Have hand on experience in leading large Enterprise applications (both transformation and AMS) projects (as Program Director or Account Manager). Have exposure in directly leading customers preferably from North America or Europe GEO. Strategic Planning and Leadership: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, set goals, and lead teams in achieving project objectives. Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying and mitigating potential information security and contractual risks and issues that may arise during project implementation. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and team members.
