Hiring for Ameya Infovision Pvt Ltd
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee banking projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and meeting quality standards.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying resources needed for successful project execution.
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and timelines, ensuring adherence to project scope and objectives.
- Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize project efficiency.
- Lead project teams, assigning responsibilities, and providing guidance and support to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate project activities and achieve project goals.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) analysis and ensure accuracy in financial records reconciliation.
- Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders, addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all project activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or NBFC sector.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams towards successful project completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Experience in handling banking software or systems.
