This opportunity is with one of our clients having its presence in Ahmedabad. Designation: Estimator/Contracts Administrator Experience: 5 years Location: Ahmedabad (On-site) Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Job Description The position will be directly working with the client in a customer-facing role. What you will do: • Work in Australian Property Development Client • Take-offs, quotes, estimates and ordering materials • Sourcing suppliers and negotiating rates • Tendering for projects • Estimating may be required • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules • Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim • Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants • Other ad-hoc tasks as per client requirements Skills Required • Degree qualified in construction management/ Civil or Architecture or equivalent. • Minimum 5 Years Experience in Residential Construction Estimation/ Administration or Design • Strong English written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to details • Great Analytical and Problem-solving ability • Quick learner, Quick thinker • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel • Strong planning and coordinating skills • Can do attitude Software Experience (Preferred) ● AutoCAD ● MS Office 365 SuiteJob tags
