Role Description This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager -Business Excellence and Quality Assurance for our Wind segment in Noida. 6-10 years of experience, specifically in Solar or Wind industry will be preferred. Educational qualification - B.Tech (Civil). Responsibilities: • Adhering Company Value & quality policies and procedures • Promote culture of quality workmanship • Ensure applicability of Field Quality Plans – Strengthening & Applicability at Site • Bridge coordination between AVAADA Execution team & 3rd party Quality • Knowledge of activity risk associated with plant, Men, Machinery & Material • Ensure Daily/Weekly/Monthly Quality Assurance reporting. • Coordination with Site Execution team, 3rd party Quality team, Site O&M, PD and reporting to Quality HO. • Analytical skills like Investigate incident or defect root cause analysis. • Establish and execute quality training programs for all division personnel. • Ensure Civil, Electrical & Transmission related quality inspections. • Internal /external Auditing • Competency in technical procedures, work instructions, inspections (Site & Shop) • Sound knowledge of IS standards/ government regulations & its Compliance. • Notices of non-conformance and corrective actions • Dare with unbiased attitude. • MCR, Oil Pits, WBM, WMM, GSB & Bitumen Roads, Security & Watchman Cabins, Fencings, MMS Pilings, RCC & RR Masonry Drains & Culverts, Cable Trenches, Light Pole Foundations, Construction of Heavy Transmission Line Foundations, RCC Fire Walls, AC & DC Cabling Works, • Responsible to acquire, QA/QC documents of the entire project including Engineering drawings, certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, MTC, Quality Formats, Incoming Materials Inspection and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. • Arrange to Ensure Preparing documents like RFI, Check list, calibration certificates and test certificates of cement, Aggregates, Steel, machinery tools/ Electrical equipment’s etc. • Piling = Grade of concreating, pile alignment, concrete testing (slump, cube…etc.). • Building work= Bar binding, stuttering & steel placement, physical dimension, concreating. • Fencing = concreating, chain-link material fixing • Road= material check, physical dimension • Drain= slope, dimension, stuttering & steel placement, concreating. • Cable laying: -, IR testing, cable jointing and termination. • Earthing= connection & testing (earth pit resistance) • Electrical equipment erection & testing. • Expert of Testing and Commissioning. • Knowledge & Process oriented for overall plant HOTO (Hand overtake over) process to O&MJob tags
