Summary:
AMPM is a venture-funded clothing, accessory & lifestyle brand with an 'artful, understated modern Indian aesthetic'. With the launch of its first experiential store in AW, 2021 at Emporio, New Delhi, AMPM plans to deploy a mix of high-end experiential stores and digital first initiates to capture the hearts of consumers in India and abroad.
For this exciting phase of its journey, AMPM is looking for a Store Fashion stylist who can assess a client's style and provide personalized fashion advice. They need to have excellent communication skills and a friendly professional attitude in order to work one-on-one with their clients. Must be in tune with the news across the fashion industry in order to offer effective advice. Needs to be experienced in dressing a wide range of body types and personal styles in order to fit their clients' needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Require excellent communication & persuasive skills as the incumbent will need to express ideas to his clients. Additionally, he/she will need to develop an excellent sense of fashion, including of textiles and accessories, as well as great presentation skills. He/ She shall be required to build & maintain repeat clientele
He/She shall assist in the maintenance of all inventory & partner with Store Manager on customer needs and requests.
Expected to participate in all relevant trainings and development seminars, programs and meetings as directed by management
Cultivate client relationships using e-mail, telephone, texting and face to face communication. Must be able to understand and communicate fashion styling elements based on brand, silhouette. Must have flexibility to work varied shifts based on the needs of the business.
Should learn to develop contacts in the fashion industry and attend various fashion and trade shows to research the latest trends and styles that will be in demand in the near future. Will be required to carry or borrow clothing and accessories, as well as to deliver clothing and accessories to your clients' homes.
Required Qualification & Experience:
Must be a Graduate with 3 Years of work experience in a similar role with International brands preferably.
Required Aptitude & Soft Skills:
Strong communication & man management skills are a must for this position
Value driven & Action oriented
Must be a good listener and be able to go beyond the call of duty to meet customer expectations.
