Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support through various phone, email, and chat channels.
- KYC verification of players
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the app, gameplay, payments, and more.
- Guide users through app features, rules, and promotions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
- Please make sure to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Assist in monitoring and moderating user interactions on social media platforms.
- Contribute to creating a positive and user-friendly support experience.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry, particularly fantasy sports (Primarily Cricket and Football)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Empathy, patience, and a friendly attitude towards customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Sports and fantasy gaming enthusiasm is a plus.
