Job description
Conduct Voice & Accent Training: Develop and deliver Voice & Accent training programs to enhance the communication skills of the team. Evaluate and analyze call quality to identify areas for improvement. Soft Skills Training: Design and implement soft skills training sessions focusing on various aspects, such as interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service. Create engaging and interactive training materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Assess Call Quality: Regularly assess call quality through effective monitoring and feedback mechanisms. Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve communication and customer interaction. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Customize training modules based on the specific needs of different teams. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills both in written and verbal communication. Collaborate with team leaders to address communication gaps and implement improvement strategies. Training Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation. Provide regular reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
