Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in PCB soldering, PCB designing, IoT integration, and electrical components fixing on PCBs. As a Mechanical Engineer specializing in PCB and IoT, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of electronic systems within mechanical devices, ensuring seamless integration of electronic components with mechanical systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PCB layouts and schematics for various electronic systems, ensuring functionality, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Perform PCB soldering and assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, software engineers, and product designers to integrate electronic systems into mechanical devices.
• Troubleshoot and debug electronic systems, identifying and resolving issues related to PCBs, electrical components, and IoT connectivity.
• Conduct feasibility studies and research to evaluate new technologies and components for potential integration into product designs.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source electronic components and materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians involved in PCB assembly and testing.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to PCB design, IoT, and electronic systems integration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements in the design and implementation of electronic systems.
• Collaborate with product management teams to define requirements and specifications for new products or product enhancements, considering both mechanical and electronic aspects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field of Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in PCB design, soldering, and IoT integration.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and their functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with PCB assembly techniques, including soldering, rework, and testing.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols and communication interfaces such as MQTT, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

working days - Monday to Saturday
Working hours - 8 am - 6pm
