Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Game Designer at Kodextra Solutions Pvt Ltd in Pune. The Lead Game Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing games for consoles and mobile platforms. The Lead Game Designer will also be responsible for level design and game development, managing a team of junior game designers, and collaborating with other departments to ensure successful game launch and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Level Design, Game Design, and Game Development
• Proficiency in developing games for consoles and mobile platforms
• Ability to manage a team of game designers and collaborate across departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with industry trends
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in designing and launching successful games is a plus
• Familiarity with game engines and programming languages such as Unity, Unreal, C++, and C# is a plus
