KPMG Resource Centre (KRC) is a team of 3,000+ colleagues serving audit clients of primarily KPMG Europe and a few other countries. KRC's services include end-to-end Audits, IT Audits, Data Analytics, Engagement Support Hub, Transaction Assurance and ESG, among others. The business supports multiple sectors and is currently present in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Noida and Mumbai

Responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities We are recruiting for a Manager in the Audit team. Working as a Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team comprising of fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
  • Monitoring work, managing and motivating the team to ensure deliverable meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLA's.
  • Sharing knowledge, mentoring and coaching the team members.
  • Identification of issues/missing information and managing & tracking the open issues until resolved.
  • Maintaining the data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy by the team members.
  • Performance review of theteam.
  • Review of the team's work and to provid e timely feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders both onshore as well as KGS.
  • Auditing complex sections of the f inancial statements of companies as per country specific statutory requirement

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications

  • Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA)
  • Additional certifications (if any)

Work experience

  • 5+ year experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients
