Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Bhopal. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including but not limited to, providing excellent customer service, managing store inventory, creating employee schedules, monitoring store financials, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Retail Loss Prevention knowledge
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management position
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and POS systems
