• Consults with leadership team to set medium- to long-term strategic direction and operating plans for a medium to large complex IT business operation

• Develops business strategies and creates solutions for complex and multi-faceted problems
• Provides advice and counsel for decision-making, operational/strategic planning, and information management
• Implements appropriate info technology for a typically medium to large IT business operation
• Plans, organizes, and directs all info technology activities and policies, including the mgmt of one or more functional disciplines
