Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential customers. - Utilize various channels, including digital platforms and industry networks, to generate quality leads. - Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns. - Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives focused on lead conversion. - Set clear lead conversion targets and provide guidance on effective lead nurturing strategies. - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's lead conversion skills. - Develop and implement effective lead-based inside sales strategies. - Analyze lead data to identify trends and opportunities for improved conversion rates. - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies for maximum impact.
