Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the guidance and overall supervision of the Head of HR, the HR intern will be expected to undertake the following responsibilities:
Support in Recruitments:
- Assist the HR Team in recruitment processes, reaching out to candidates, sharing questionnaires, encoding/decoding written tests, and providing necessary support.
- Update recruitment status for all candidates and assist in maintaining proper documentation for all recruitments.
- Update the status of recruitments, overviews, new hires, etc. as and when required.
Support in Learning and Development:
- Maintain the mandatory course tracker and corroborate information with all staff/units to ensure correctness.
- Follow up with colleagues as necessary.
- Assist the HR Associate in organizing LD activities and staff engagement sessions with logistics and designing required communication.
- Support the Core HR team with any other daily tasks.
