2 years of teaching experience in the Financial Analysis domain in a B-School / Training Academy. Corporate Experience if any will be an added advantage.
Core Skills (Required): Thorough understanding of Financial Statements, Company Valuation, Company Profiles, Financial Modelling, Industry Research.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Technology expertise like Python, Power Bi, VBA, etc will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
Keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Ability to conduct trainings in financial domain (Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling, Company Valuations etc) for campus graduates across different business units.
Collaborate with Business to identify training and development needs for on-role employees, plan, and launch quarterly domain training calendar and /or customized domain trainings.
Upgrade training content in the form of e-learning modules, presentations, and case studies
Monitor training quality and effectiveness and ensure the training program is aligned to the business needs.
Maintain and prepare MIS for all trainings conducted regular stakeholder meetings to apprise them of attendance, coverage, participant's feedback
