Role Description

As a Principal / Senior Verification Engineer you will focus on verifying the complex, high performance generative AI security ASIC. You will work to understand the internal requirements and complexities of our SOC and architect the verification environment and solutions. You will help define the SoC and IP verification methodology, environment, test plan and tests. You will also work with design team to make sure that high quality verification is achieved for first pass success of SoC.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of related technical engineering experience.
• 7+ years of industry experience in design verification with a proven record of accomplishment of delivering complex CPU, GPU or SoC IP's.
• Solid background and understanding of verification methodologies.
• Proficient communication, collaboration and teamwork skills and ability to contribute to diverse and inclusive teams.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred

• Experience/Specialization in one or more of the following areas: instruction set definition, hardware/software partition, on chip caches/memory, Integer, and floating-point arithmetic, ALU operations, deeply pipelined designs, coherent subsystem design, bus interface including industry standard bus protocols and memory ordering models.
• Substantial background in building verification environments, setup verification methodology etc.
• Experience with formal, low-power verification.
• Expertise on verification principles, testbenches, UVM, and coverage.
• Scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
• AI computing experience is a big plus.
