Job description
We are seeking a System or Software Engineer with DEM (Digital Experience Monitoring) & Synthetic (APM - Application Performance Monitoring) expertise. 3-5 years of experience and used to an Agile method. Used to work in a large network/infrastructure environment. Requirement to take ownership and understand customer requirements to help them in daily work like updating scrips for automation, testing and making sure their data is provided in dashboards.
We are a team working with DEM & APM in Operational Intelligence. We are collaborating with the Event Management, ML & AI Ops team. We have a responsibility to deliver observability to end-user application teams and critical flows in e-commerce. We are staffing up in the DEM area to support platforms/products with availability measurements, dashboarding, blackout, and reporting. This is performed by collecting requirements and creating workflows according to consumer needs and specifications. We support both Citrix, Oracle Forms, and Web-based applications.
Responsibilities:
Work with Synthetic tools/platforms, specifically Mulesoft APM, and/or Servicetrace X1 (benefit with RPA as well). Good if the FTC worked with Mulesoft APM/RPA last two years as they developed a new SaaS platform & UI. He/She will use the Mulesoft Builder like the old Servicetrace Builder to create and build workflows. We are specifically using Fat Client (Desktop application) implementation in the Builder, only looking at the APM part to identify screens and buttons for availability measurements. The FTC should know about pattern selection and mouse clicks to create flows. The bonus is if the FTC knows Catchpoint and Selenium scripting.
