Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ADMIN OFFICER to join our team at Podar Education Network. As an ADMIN OFFICER, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative operations of our educational institution. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in administration. The job location is in Belagavi, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience as an ADMIN OFFICER or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of administration principles and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in office software and equipment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of legal document preparation is a plus
  • Experience in a school or educational institution is preferred

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day administrative operations of the educational institution
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the school/facility by overseeing maintenance, security, and cleanliness
  • Coordinate with various departments and staff members to streamline administrative processes
  • Handle the procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Prepare and maintain important documents, records, and reports
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
  • Manage the school/facility budget and financial transactions
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences
  • Handle correspondence and communication with stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
