Job description
Graduate with minimum 5 Years of experience.
Shall have minimum 5 years of industrial projects experience in refineries, Steel plants or Factories.
Should have handled planning of projects from initial till commissioning of the projects
Should be good at project estimation and costing
Desirable to have knowledge on computers and with soft tools like MS Office, AutoCAD, Scheduling.
Interfaces directly with client to define project requirements and approvals.
Lead Project team /resources, providing project guidance and direction to achieve goals.
Implement project documentation governance aligned with internal and client requirements and project cost control
Prepare Catch Up Plans to meet the project objectives, budget and schedules.
Able to plan resources and site activities inline with project timeline and budget.
should be capable of managing subcontractors and billing of Subcontractors as well as client billing. Quantity estimation should be strength and material reconcillation.
