US Lead Recruiter Bangalore: Hybrid Model Full Time Timing: US timing Budget: Open

Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various positions at all levels Work with our internal hiring managers and leadership team. Partner with US-based talent acquisition managers as well as internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand recruiting priorities and fulfil critical hiring needs in a timely manner. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and interview teams to guide and implement an effective and efficient interview process Build and maintain candidate pipelines to provide an excellent candidate experience. Participate in diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce to Condé Nast by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences, and styles. Leverage Workday to track candidate progress through funnel and keep consistently clean data for reporting Ability to build deep domain expertise, understand business strategy, and drive innovation.

Qualifications: 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with high-performing company Should have US market recruitment experience Must have corporate end-to-end recruitment experience/Internal Recruitment. Strong experience working with Leadership team/different team to close their positions Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, email and in formal discussions. Excellent candidate management capabilities, including managing salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to offer. Proven track record of building relationships with cross-functional partners Familiarity with sourcing tools and methodologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search or other similar capabilities. Previous direct hire corporate recruiting experience.
