Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Assistant located in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Assistant will assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks, such as maintaining customer relationships, responding to client inquiries, coordinating sales meetings, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Assistant will also be responsible for some administrative tasks, such as preparing and processing invoices, inputting data into company databases, and coordinating with other departments as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and Organization Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage customer relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
