Job Title:
Unit Head-Raipur Department/Division: Human Resources Job content: Overall incharge of unit HR which includes implementation of HR systems procedures and policies. Smooth functioning of HR. Duties: • Responsibility for appropriate implementation of policies related to statutory, welfare, payroll, performance appraisal, salary adjustments, allowances, recruitment and training. • Timely generation of various reports. • Handling timely redressal of grievances. • Coordinating with clinical, non-clinical and paramedical departments for training and other purposes. • Generating of data related to overtime, extra duties, allowances, cash voucher and payments other than payroll processing. • Responsibility for interoffice communication and circulars. • Monitoring the appraisal system and redressal of grievances. • Understanding and assisting in business requirements of the unit. • Responsibility for employee engagement. Required knowledge: Relevant knowledge and experience in core HR; good understanding of organization policies and procedures; should be proficient in handling daily HR related issues. Required skills: The job requires good communication, team leading, directing and decision making skills; a disciplined and proactive approach required; should be computer literate. Education, experience & formal training: MBA(HR)/IRPM/MHRM/MSW with a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience.
