Job description
- Reduction in GFR (DSL/Voice) - i) Broadband GFR Reduction ii) Repeat & reopen SR reduction for all products
- Customer SLA Enhancement - i) Enhancing Customer SLA ii) Reduction in beyond SLA, open SR 3 & 7 days iii) Solitaire and Titanium Customer SLA improvement
- Reduction in Field SRs
- Implementation of new work ways and Quality of repair
- Opex and Budget control

- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of technology - ADSL, VDSL etc.
- Understanding of DSL CPE, TR69 & CAS
- Experience of handling large team in dotted matrix
- Knowledge of wireline/broadband/internet business
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications (Education/Work Experience)- Done BE/B.Tech with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience
