Job responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of Workday reports. Working with key stakeholders to determine reports and dashboard requirements, Reviewing reporting suite to maximize system performance.
- Self driven in interacting with business to validate the success and failure of processes.
- Configuring, monitoring, maintaining and improving the performance of HRMS (e.g. Workday) databases.
- Managing the Data accuracy in the system by conducting regular audits and enabling the correctness, integrity, and availability of data in the system by maintaining proper access for the team members.
- Prepares and uploads EIBs and be able to help the team to learn.
- Providing advice and recommendations, based on expertise and experience, to address stakeholder needs.
- Works closely with the Talent and Business System team to ensure smooth functioning of the system.
- Knows the implementation methodology of Workday solution and provides inputs to business on the best practices.
- Is able to create transactions in the system to validate these processes.
- Defining and operating a framework for making decisions, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying legitimate authority.
- Managing the Data accuracy in the system by conducting regular audits and enabling the correctness, integrity, and availability of data in the system by maintaining proper access for the team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Previous experience (4,5+ years) as a Workday Specialist / Extend Technical Consultant or similar role
- Experience with full lifecycle Workday implementations is a plus
- Workday certification is a plus
