Manage end-to-end Payroll & related compliance activities for UK. Manage the team operating in different time zones - based on requirement Management skills to lead and motivate a team. Work towards meeting tight deadlines and SLA compliance Oversee and supervise the client payroll functions, ensuring pay processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. Liaise with different stakeholders within the organization and represent team performance. Coordinating with the departments to implement process improvements. Implementation of effective and efficient processes, system & manual to ensure cross-functional and cross-resources training to make the activity process dependent rather than being person dependent.

Key Skills:

5-7 years of experience in Project Management within the payroll domain within the geography of UK/Ireland . Should have led the transition of payroll process across multiple locations. Should have done projects on process improvement and automation implementation. Experience of payroll compliances is must. Should have handled teams of sizes ranging from 10+ with TL's/AM's reporting into him/her. Knowledge of Staff payroll for UK payroll Hands on experience on payroll ERPs Should be able to comply with statutory requirements for payroll Should have worked extensively on MS Office Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills Effective client management Excellent People Management skills Excellent Analytical skills

Candidate should have experience in end-to-end UK Payroll
