Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Drive sales by converting inquiries into booked projects, focusing on wedding photography, films, and fashion projects.
- Relationship Building: Forge and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Savvy: Stay ahead of market trends and leverage insights to uncover new business opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with our creative team to ensure client visions are brought to life beyond expectations.
- Strategic Planning: Craft and execute sales strategies to smash sales targets.
- Brand Representation: Be the face of Speaking Frame at industry events, embodying our award-winning brand and values.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or business development, with a preference for experience in photography, film, or fashion.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation prowess.
- Independent worker with a team spirit.
- CRM software and sales metrics proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- A genuine passion for photography and creativity.

Salary - INR 4-7 LPA (Fixed) + 8 LPA (Variable)
