Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. As a Performance Marketer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand positioning, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and driving lead generation through effective performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in optimizing brand visibility and generating high-quality leads.
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Positioning:
· Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
· Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
2. Performance Marketing:
· Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive measurable results.
· Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging channels to identify new opportunities.
3. Lead Generation:
· Design and implement lead generation strategies across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
· Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead qualification.
4. Marketing Strategy:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
· Regularly assess and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market dynamics.
5. Content Creation (Blogs):
· Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog strategy and content creation.
· Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and optimized for SEO.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality, engaging content.
6. Social Media Management:
· Manage and optimize social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
· Develop and execute social media campaigns to support marketing objectives.
· Monitor social media trends and competitors to inform strategy adjustments.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
· Strong understanding of brand positioning and marketing strategy.
· Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
· Previous success in developing and executing social media campaigns.
· Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing.
