The brand stays true to its vision of offering unambiguous, solution and efficacy-based products. We are among the fastest growing skincare brands in India. We believe in high-quality products made using best-in-class ingredients at our own manufacturing facility. We are currently in the expansion phase. We have started with Skincare and are about to launch haircare completing an assortment of about 50+ SKUs. Focusing on being omnipresent, we are increasing our penetration and strengthening our MT & GT channels. Parallelly, we have expanded our base in SE-Asia, US, UK and GCC & other geographies.

Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Quality Control Manager

to oversee all aspects of our quality management system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

● Design, implement, and manage quality control systems to ensure products meet established standards and specifications ● Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation ● Establish and enforce quality control and compliance standards across all departments ● Managing Functions of Quality Control Systems, CGMP compliance, Validations ● Analysis of Raw Materials & Finished Products ● Managing the laboratory teams and determining work priorities ● Daily planning of analysis and ensure analysis of raw materials, intermediates, in-process controls ● Control over day-to-day activities of QC Dept with Chemical Laboratory, Instrumentation & Microbiology ● Analyse quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff ● Conduct regular inspections and tests on incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products ● Monitor and analyze quality performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement ● Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality ● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality control inspectors and technicians ● Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control processes and procedures ● Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team ● Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications ● Stay updated on quality control best practices and industry developments ● Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external auditors to maintain necessary certifications ● Collect and analyze data to evaluate the performance of quality control processes ● Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management, highlighting areas for improvement and successful outcomes ● Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction while maintaining high-quality standards ● Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence

Competencies: ● Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field ● Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools ● Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ● Strong leadership and team management abilities
