Job Title: HR Executive Hours: Full-time
Location: On-site (Dinod and other potential locations)
Job Purpose
As HR Executive at Greenbeam Earth Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to oversee recruitment, induction, employee records, policy enforcement, attendance management, legal compliance, and employee engagement. You are required to manage HR functions for the Solar Department, including recruitment, employee relations, and site coordination. You'll also be involved in administrative activities such as expense management, payroll processing, travel reimbursement, employee motivation, and disciplinary actions.
Job Duties
Recruitment and HR Generalist
- Conduct recruitment activities for technicians and other roles in the local area.
- Visit ITI colleges and other educational institutions for candidate sourcing.
- Regularly visit project sites for HR generalist duties, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with corporate HR on policy-related matters.
Employee Engagement and Communication
- Monitor employee attendance and grooming standards.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Ensure safety and hygiene compliance at project sites.
- Act as a liaison between site employees and corporate HR for conflict resolution.
- Good communicator and coordinator for any HR-related queries.
Administrative Duties
- Dual reporting structure: functionally to corporate HR and administratively to the site in charge.
- Report to the MD or the site project manager for administrative matters.
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions.
- Managing Expenses.
Required Qualifications
Education: MBA in HR or related field.
Certifications: IRPM or MBA in HR.
