Position Summary:

The primary function of the Migration Lead is to support migration from IT readiness standpoint. Along with Migration, will be responsible to provide support on Server infra and VDI. Role includes the required assistance in all aspects of the administrative and operations of the assigned portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Will be responsible to support and track process migration IT standpoint
  2. Manage IT enablement as per business requirement (IT Infra/application readiness etc.).
  3. Manage server infra (Servers, Virtualization, Storage concepts etc.)
  4. Will be working on files shares and O365(One drive, share point, office suites etc.)
  5. Responsible to troubleshoot infra (server, VDI etc) and application related issues.
  6. Will be responsible for creating dash boards and report out as per business requirement.
  7. Will be responsible to work with respective vendors towards resolution of issues coming in migrations.
  8. Partnership with enterprise team for the technologies used in India region.
  9. Coordination with respective stakeholders for various IT related requirements.
