Job Title: Business Development Associate | Night Shift | 6-7 LPA (In-hand) Location: Remote (8 PM to 5 AM IST, Monday to Saturday) Client Description: USA based innovative startup dedicated to empowering women's health and wellness through their range of products. They specialize in offering solutions that cater to women's needs in the health, beauty, fitness, and consumer package goods sectors. With a commitment to quality and efficacy, they strive to make a positive impact on women's lives globally. Responsibilities: 1. Manage influencer relationships for women's health, beauty, fitness, and consumer goods products. 2. Act as liaison with medical professionals, therapists, and industry stakeholders. 3. Develop and execute engaging email and social media campaigns. 4. Handle inbound requests and efficiently manage outbound communications. 5. Lead strategic outreach for new business partnerships. 6. Drive initiatives to enhance market presence and growth. 7. Implement omnichannel retail strategies. 8. Demonstrate expertise in relevant industries. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective marketing. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in influencer, email, and social media management. 2. Familiarity with health, beauty, fitness, and consumer goods sectors. 3. Strong organizational and communication skills. 4. Business development acumen and growth mindset. 5. Ability to excel in remote work and collaborate virtually. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Salary: Pay will be based on experience and qualifications, ranging up to INR 60,000 per month.
