Who are you?

- S/he has been the founder or owner of a people- and talent-building function or company

What you will do
- Lead the People to function at SquadStack: Own our People Success, talent acquisition, Operations and Administration
- Lead the 12-member team across these functions.
- Build the function to serve a tech-oriented company paired with a large distributed workforce
- Partner with other leaders in the organization to implement successful practices
- Promote and celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Build visibility and forecasting of current and future hiring needs - Dashboards, tracking, quarterly planning, and budgeting
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team.
- Build SquadStack brand as the most attractive place to work in India and the world (over time)
- Innovate policies, guides, and/or philosophies to document practices that align with internal culture.
