Brief Background : The project coordinator will be in charge of assisting our project managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. The Project Co-Ordinator will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Project Planning :

Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources. Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordination and Communication : Act as a liaison between project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Schedule and organize project meetings, document minutes, and track action items. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, issues, and changes. Task Management : Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Track and report project status, identifying and resolving issues to ensure project goals are met. Coordinate the flow of information and tasks between team members Resource Management :

Assist in resource allocation and coordination to ensure efficient project execution. Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization. Quality Assurance Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure project deliverables meet established standards. Conduct regular reviews to identify and address potential risks and issues. Risk Management :

Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project risks, proposing adjustments to project plans as needed. Documentation :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. Providing administrative support as needed. Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
